27 years in the Industry from a trainee scheme  to holding various management and director level roles with SME and Large logistics providers.  Bryn is commercially minded but operationally has gained extensive knowledge of OOG, Breakbulk & charter shipping during his career and believes in promoting the industry to the next generation. As a father of 3 he has  his hands full outside of work but enjoys following Manchester Utd, paddle-boarding and being outdoors.

Over 30 year experience in shipping & logistics. Beginning his career at Felixstowe port gaining knowledge of vessel operations. Moving north whilst working for a large UK retail Importer Rob gained experience and understanding of import customs procedures. Moving on to work with independent freight forwarders managing container loading facilities and export operations.  More recently supporting clients operationally and commercially for a large logistics provider - Rob enjoys Tennis & supporting Ipswich Town F.C.

Stuart, now semi retired but still very hands on, has over 50 years experience in the world of freight and has been involved in the ownership of a number of private freight agencies. Also supporting business owners within the industry through legal and insurance matters with additional expertise of letters of credit and commercial contracts. Stuart also owns a number of commercial properties in the Manchester area. Stuart is an accomplished scuba diver and has dived many ship wreck sites around the UK & internationally.

John was a respected supplier to ASL Worldwide and joined our team as a director early 2025 with over 40 years experience in UK & European transport.

John began his career in transport after serving time in the British forces. Initially a driver himself driving throughout the UK & Europe,  John moved into management building a successful career and held director level roles for a number of heavy haulage companies. John brings a wealth of experience and contacts to ASL strengthening our Land transport offering.

Matthew brings over 20 years of senior management experience in global logistics, starting as a GM for an international Express Mail company in Singapore. His journey includes owning an Express Mail company in Hong Kong and serving as Country Manager for a leading Express company. He also led sales for an Ocean Freight Carrier in Asia. Now our Regional Manager for Asia, he’s excited to leverage his extensive expertise at ASL Worldwide. Matthew is a passionate rugby supporter, player, and coach, actively involved in various charities promoting the sport.

Dan is a valued member of our team. After graduating from Manchester University with a business management degree. A former England team swimmer and keen golfer, Dan supports our team operationally and commercially to provide clients with additional support  across sea air & Land services. Dan also completed an international freight qualification to strengthen his knowledge of our industry.

Alisha joined ASL early 2025 and based in the south East brings 9 years of experience in operations and business development across air, sea and road to our team. With a customer focused commitment to building strong relationships with clients and suppliers Alisha has excelled in delivering tailored & cost effective solutions for our clients needs. Alisha is a qualified British sign language communicator and is well  traveled with a list of future destinations to tick off.

Kris supports the ASL team with our airfreight pricing and operations. A crucial member of our team using her global network and a good understanding of operational & airport security requirements. kris helps support our time critical shipments internationally. 

Steve's knowledge of all things customs helps our team produce the customs documents required for movements in and out of the UK and supports our global network with advise on specific procedures. Steve's network of advisors also allows ASL to provide clients with expert advice and support with understanding their own customs commitments and carries out on site visits and consultancy where required.

Sara provides ASL with our financial support. A good understanding of our accountancy software, building relationships with our suppliers, partners & clients to ensure we remain a strong provider and client to all the businesses helping ASL succeed.
