Executive Leadership
Bryn has twenty eight years of experience from trainee roles to senior management and director positions in SME and large logistics companies. He specialises in OOG, Breakbulk, and charter shipping with strong commercial and operational knowledge.
Rob brings more than thirty years of experience and began his career at Felixstowe port. His background covers vessel operations, import customs, and independent freight forwarding. He manages container loading facilities and export operations.
Liam has over 35 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry. Having previously worked as a Trade Development Manager at MSC, Liam brings extensive industry knowledge and expertise to the team. He is highly specialised in the global export of Out of Gauge (OOG) cargo, helping customers move complex and oversized shipments efficiently around the world. Outside of work, Liam is an avid Portsmouth FC fan and enjoys watching the team both home and away. He also enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Transport Division
John joined in 2025 with more than forty years of UK and European transport experience. His career began in the British forces then moved into senior positions at major haulage companies. His knowledge strengthens ASL land transport services for complex distribution needs.
Operations and Support Team
Matthew has more than twenty years of senior management experience in global logistics from Express Mail in Singapore to Country Manager positions across Asia. Now based in Hong Kong, he supports clients throughout the region.
Dan supports commercial and operational activity across sea, air, and land. He is a Manchester Metropolitan University business graduate, a former England team swimmer, and holds an international freight qualification.
Kris manages airfreight pricing and operations with strong global network knowledge. He ensures time sensitive shipments move smoothly and in line with airport security requirements.
Gordon brings over thirty years of experience and is highly respected in the shipping industry. Though he has stepped back from day-to-day operations, he continues to support us as our customs expert. He has extensive knowledge of HMRC regulations and the complexities of customs compliance. Outside of work, Gordon enjoys Manchester's vibrant live music scene.
